    Reaching out for counselling can feel like a big step, and finding the right therapist can be a difficult yet an important part of that process. I approach counselling by creating a safe and trusting space where you feel respected, heard, and supported, however that may look for you. I work at your pace and walk alongside you throughout your journey. I believe change begins the moment we feel truly seen and understood.

    I am passionate in my work with couples, utilizing approaches to reduce conflict and improve communication in relationships. I am also passionate about working with mothers and women navigating postpartum depression, anxiety, and life transitions. Letting go of a version of yourself that you once knew and finding your new identity isn’t easy. I’m happy to support you as you navigate these changes and work toward healing, growth, and a renewed sense of self. Sometimes we need a safe space to gather the scattered pieces of our story and gently begin to put them together.

    Our occupational therapist works with adults in all life stages to identify the factors that are impacting your engagement in life and co-create practical solutions to that build confidence, clarity, and intentionality in how you live. She uses a mix of evidence-based approaches in a neurodiversity-affirming and trauma-informed way to help you feel more effective and values-aligned in all you do.

    Throughout our lives we live an almost infinite number of stories that shape who we are based on the past, the present and possibilities for the future.
